Positive: The room was clean and the surrounding area was nice. It was convenient because there were a lot of kitchen tools. The location was great, so accessibility was very good.

Negative: I think it would be a good idea to change the sofa bed.

Negative: The matras in the sofa is really awfull which is a real pity because the studio is great! It is a reason not to book the studio again for a longer period There was no reaction of help from the owner when I had trouble getting in. You are in your own to figure in out. A sharp knife to cut bread and a bottel opener woud be nice

Positive: Good location and nice flat, well finished and adapted for a few days journey. The key locker was a bit difficult to find, even with the pictures, but having a free access at anytime is very fine.

Negative: The 250€ deposit wasn't reimbursed within the 14 days announced. I had to ask many times to get it back. It took over a month to being reimbursed, which is not acceptable to me, especially for such a sum. The people I talked to was reactive and nice, but the financial service seems not efficient. By the way, the deposit was paid to Swikly but colleted by the lessor, which is not normal to me.
