Summary: Opal Cove is a nice resort but a bit tired. Lots of things were not functioning when we were there (the spa, the sauna, treadmills in the gym). We had 'happy hour' cocktails that were not terribly good and complaining wasn't an option (fell on dead ears). I used the EV charging station but again, service was terrible and the woman on reception didn't listen to me. Overall the stay was okay but customer service is poor - staff don't listen and just go into repeating the same sentence word for word until the customer goes away. Check out is 10am and we got a knock on the door at 10am prompt telling us the room was to be cleaned - despite asking the front desk for 10 mins more. We didn't feel welcome.
