Negative: Nothing to dislike but just wander whether the bubbles need an external clean as well as the private sitting areas by the bubbles.

Positive: That was one of my dream to stay in such a hotel. So I was absolutely amazed by it. Early at the morning we saw a lot of monkeys and that was beyond reality. Spectacular breakfast, friendly personnel. Clean, silent and peaceful place!

Positive: Everything is outstanding. The personnel is very welcoming and warm, the bubbles offer all comforts and luxuries, very well organised and practical. Also possibly one of the most comfortable mattress and pillows I've experienced so far. You have your own extra-private space including a jacuzzi. But of course the beauty of it is being immersed in the jungle and just chill on your own bed while enjoying the stunning nature around you. Food is also very good.

Negative: The stairs to the cenote are very steep, may be challenging for non-athletic people.
