Negative: Staff is very polite and helpful, but they have 1 male. He use incorrect word when they respond back to me. Anyways it is not that bad. I just felt like a little bit of my mistakes to ask him to help. P.S. it's not his fault, please don't worry.

Positive: Nice and relaxing stay. Very similar to actual Onsen experience in Japan. The Japanese tatami room was comfy and even better if you have the room with private onsen. Staffs were well trained and very kind. Big big big thanks to the restaurant supervisor Da who was super attentive. Made us all feel very warm and welcomed

Positive: This is a beautiful setting and magically relaxing experience. The rooms are all well presented and comfortable. Surprisingly large and well appointed. The grounds are well kept serene and beautifully natural. There are so many fish, bunny rabbits and other beautiful birds it is lovely to wonder and sit in peace. The food is also extremely good.
