Positive: We stayed just for one night, stop on our way through Italy. Good location, close to the motorway, close to facilities like restaurants, supermarkets. We went to a pizzeria which was 5-10 minutes walk. Easy parking. Good communication with staff. Comfortable bed.

Negative: For me the appartment would need renovation and improve concerning the cleaniness, especially kitchen and shower. It would be better to give a new sponge for each guest. Also the plates, cups and other were not clean. There was only one kitchen towel which did not look very clean. The cupboards also would need to be cleaned, and the table.There was also mold in the shower. The table and the room in general is small but OK for one night.

Positive: The room was very comfortable and, on the whole, well equipped including a washing machine along with detergent.

Negative: Maybe could have had a bit more kitchen equipment like a sharp knife and chopping board. But they are small grumbles really.

Positive: Affordable, clean, helpful host, close to Rho-Fieramilano M1 metro line (which also has a large affordable car park), furnished reasonably, good wifi, close to the highway on way out of the city. The host being easy to reach makes it easier to make the decision of staying in the property.

Negative: Far from city (but that's reflected in the room rent). Breakfast options are limited.

Summary: Value for money stay, but need a car.

Negative: Plastic cups for the espresso that melt when the coffee is hot - a couple of real coffee cups should be possible.

Positive: The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was clean , and silent place . From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. it was super rainy and he dropped me to the restaurant by his car and picked me up when I am done ,
