Summary: Whilst the room was great, client care was clearly lacking - a fact recognised by the hotel. Apologies were made but I am still waiting to hear from the hotel GM. It appeared that the hotel was understaffed as we were not offered assistance with luggage on arrival and service in the lobby cafe and séptima both left a lot to be desired. As a frequent guest at Only You Valencia I had high expectations for Madrid. These went unfulfilled. I doubt we will ever stay again with Only You Madrid Atocha.

Summary: Perfect location. Accross from Atocha, few mins walk from Museums of Reina Sofia and Prado, few mins from Retiro. Can’t ask for more. Great lobby, options to eat, have coffee, relax. Quality restaurant on top. Highly recommended.
