Positive: We liked the location but it is a steep walk up to the village (Stavros) and down to the beach (Polis Bay) so may not suit less active people. It was well equipped and you could easily self cater. I bought an orange squeezer, as we like freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, and left that in the cupboard. It was great to have a washing machine and the outdoor drying rack supplied was plenty big enough. The bed and sofa were comfortable.
Negative: Only minor issues. The bed was a bit squeaky. The cupboards beside the bed were rather large meaning there was limited, accessible space for water glasses (but loads of storage!) It was tight to get into the room where the shower and toilet are so could be difficult for larger people. The shower screen had shifted - maybe someone had fallen against it - meaning the floor flooded.
Summary: It suited us well and we would happily return.

Positive: Was on the island for a friend’s wedding, and after speaking to some of my other friends / guests it was clear that our accommodation was one of the best in both location, facilities and aesthetic. They say Stavros is the balcony of Ithica, and the view from our villa perfectly captured this.
Summary: Our stay was impeccable especially with the extremely friendly help of our host Agatha, would highly recommend!

Positive: A fabulous location with an outstanding view. The property was well presented with a good outside space.
Negative: The steps I found challenging as I have a knee problem. Agatha was very kind and carried my luggage. A rail could be fitted on the lower half of the steps which would help.
Summary: A very special place, Agatha was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Agatha!

Positive: Absolutely spectacular views. Place is super clean and new. Easy walk to town and we walked to the beach but, be aware it's a trek back up. Alexia, our host, was fantastic.
Negative: Not quite finished outside but heard that's happening soon. Had some trouble with power to A/C and stove but am sure it will be fixed for next season.

Positive: Brand new property, fully equipped, comfortable and an exceptional host, Alexia, made sure our stay was as memorable as possible. Comfy bed, two air conditioning units, walk in shower, washing machine, and a well equipped kitchen are some of the highlights.
