Negative: One thing I don’t like about One90 Apartment is the payment method. There should be a foreign currency account where payments in dollars or pounds can be transferred directly, rather than converting the payment using the black market exchange rate in naira.

Positive: Let me sound a warning to whoever might want to stay at One90 Apartment ''beware, as you might never want to leave''. Its that comfortable and homely. The owner gave so much attention to details in the construction of the buidling. Very modern and chic. Big comfortable beds, pillows and couch. Good sized shower rooms. Every section is airconditioned, uninterrupted power supply, never blinked the 8 days we were there, super fast wifi, 100% response rate from the managers Kingsley and Daniel. Good location close to shops and restaurants. I am recommending this place to everyone I know.
Negative: More cooking ware like pots, pans should be added to the kitchenette, and there should be dust pan/brush to do some fast cleaning in case of accidental spills, though if u request it, cleaning would be done.

Positive: The location is safe. The staff was welcoming, and the security was top-notch. The manager was very responsive to any request that was made. The laundry service and housekeeping staff did an excellent job.
Negative: There were 3 issues that were encountered during the beginning of the stay. One was the payment method. It was not stated that the location did not take credit or debit cards. They only accepted bank transfers. This was very unexpected as our plan was to pay for the stay by credit card. The 2nd issue was the small frogs. I understand that because of the location, we may have encountered this, but i think it could be controlled by installing a screen on the drains in the bathroom. This issue did lessen during our stay. 3rd, the lack of hot water in the kitchen. This made it very difficult to wash dishes, making sure they were clean.

Positive: Our stay at One90 Apartments was absolutely fantastic. We stayed here twice within a short period, and both experiences were exceptional. A special thank you to Kingsley, the Property Manager, and Daniel, his Assistant, for their outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great stay. Any concerns or requests were addressed quickly and efficiently, which made us feel truly valued as guests. The apartment itself is excellent. The bed is incredibly soft and comfortable, the pillows are perfect, and the air conditioning is so powerful that we often had to turn it off…which is a luxury in the Lagos heat! The facilities were well-maintained, the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay, and we enjoyed relaxing with Netflix without any interruptions. The estate is very safe and secure, and the security personnel were professional, attentive, and efficient at all times. Parking was also convenient, with spaces available within the property as well as additional on-street parking options. Overall, we had an amazing experience and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The combination of excellent facilities, comfort, security, and outstanding customer service made One90 Apartments feel like a home away from home. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lagos.
