Summary: Property was exactly as advertised. Home, outdoor area and pool were all very clean. Every question we had was answered promptly. Home was basically 20 to 30 minutes away from any tourist attraction. Glad we found this property and stayed here!

Summary: Very convenient to the 805 and all conveniences (Vons, Target etc) Easy access to freeways, quiet neighborhood, house is comfortable and has everything you need. The host was VERY responsive and kind. The pool area is great, the only surprise was you are allowed 3 hours of time per day of hot tub use and you need to message the Host to turn it on so it warms up. It worked out, but I didn't know that we had to ask for it and only once a day. They were accommodating but good information to know for future guests. The House is stocked with all the basics and it is well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again...

Summary: Our stay at Mom’s House was perfect. The area was central to my family members different homes so it made very convenient for all of us to get together for family dinners, fun in the pool and hot tub. The home had everything we needed and was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. Communication was excellent with the property manager, every text had a quick response. It truly felt like home away from home.

Summary: The hosts were amazing, if an item wasn't there, they promptly provided, with a smile. House was very adequate, nice open floor plan, however, it is old and needs some TLC. They were very welcoming and accomodating to our 3 small house dogs (this was a big factor ln our decision to choose Mom's House). The yard/pool and hot tub, were a nice highlight. The hosts get an A+

Summary: Owner was communicative. They let my husband check in early. I wasn’t able to go due to a sinus infection, but rest my group had a great time. Would definitely book again next time we plan to go back to San Diego.
