Positive: The property is the upper level of a duplex. It’s well appointed with modern furniture and amenities. Alan and Antoinette live next door and were available and responded to any questions immediately. The property is immaculate with excellent parking. Check in information was provided timely. Wonderful AC and water pressure. Exactly like the photos.

Negative: I wish the upper level had a balcony like the lower level did. The residents below us offered to share their balcony with us when they weren’t there which was very kind. The views from the property were wonderful and the sunsets were beautiful. Driving on St Thomas is a bit unnerving, so keep in mind that you’ll likely need your own vehicle to rent here.

Negative: Far away from anything. You need a car (tough) driving in the hills or a reliable taxi service. PNUTS service was very good. Need to remember a reliable taxi service is Key to enjoying staying here. Please try to get prepared and search out a reliable taxi service. I personally would not like to rent a car on St Thomas. Please read road signs on the U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS or you will get towed This was our first visit to st Thomas
