Summary: The only mirage at this hotel is that it pretends to be a 5 star luxury hotel. In reality its an overpriced outdated accommodation. In our room the ceiling light was hanging sideways and filled with dead bugs. The furniture had extensive damage. The staff is completely incompetent saying that they would fix the room but never did after three days of asking repeatedly. Their communication via text message was extremely frustrating with multiple reservation errors. Lastly the restaurant are unsanitary with multiple utensils with encrusted food. The food is mediocre and expensive. Only at the of our stay after many complaints was part of our bill adjusted. Avoid this place at all costs!
