Summary: We had a fantastic stay at One&Only Royal Mirage Arabian Court. The hotel was beautiful, but what really stood out was the wonderful team at breakfast. They were exceptionally friendly and brought so much joy and laughter to Ryan and Ayla every morning. Their warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. This will definitely be one of the hotels we return to again. Highly recommended!

Summary: Our stay at the One&Only Royal Mirage was simply amazing. The check-in process was super quick, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The attention to detail here is on another level — from the beautiful lobby to the thoughtful welcome gift. We were even surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay extra special. Everything was smooth, relaxing, and just what we needed. Can’t wait to return for another escape!

Summary: The property is beautiful, but everything else is pretty underwhelming. There is an awful smell in the hallways, some combination of sewage and intense cologne. The check-in experience was very slow (about 25 min with no one else even in line). the service workers are all friendly but they seem new and nervous. Granted, they are working really long hours. The restaurants other than the breakfast buffet were always empty and kind of sad. I’d prefer to stay at Al Qasr hotel up the street next time.
