Summary: The room was large and spotless and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular. The little gifts left after turndown were a beautiful touch, quite fitting to the whole hotel. Last but no least the guest experience staff and concierge staff were amazing and made our visit that bit more special. If we can, we will definately be back.

Summary: The staff is extremely warm, friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable. Every type of breakfast food buffet in the large room plus ability to order off the menu. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the Waterfront in Cape Town.

Summary: Overall service was enthusiastic and friendly. Breakfast was excellent but had a disappointing meal at Nobu. Facilities showing its age and could do with an update. Neighborhood was safe and nice restaurants within walking distance. There are probably better options at this price point.

Summary: Excellent service. Beautiful view of Table Mountain from the room. Nice bar. Wonderful breakfast. The gym was well equipped. Decent bar too with some live music.
