This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.
The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.
Deadhorse has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has a Comfortable Queen sized bed and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area. You will have a stacking washer and dryer inside your condo, that is private for your use only.

Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.
Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property. Parking for our trailer was very easy across the street. The property was very clean and loved the location to downtown and trails. Had an issue with noise from the water heater but Damon was quick to respond to my concern. Will definitely stay there again.

Summary: First time to the area, parks were fantastic, but this is about the property. Such clean and comfortable accommodations! Location amazing, 3-5 coffee options within a few blocks for our morning walks. Enjoyed hot tub time after hikes, property even has designated hot tub towels! Daughters enjoyed the loft, lots of forts and gossip in that zone.

Summary: This was a great place for two couples - each had a private bathroom. We loved the location, with all of downtown Moab within a few blocks. There is a nice path to walk to the grocery store just 3 blocks away.The loft space was not very useful for us. The water heater was noisy and located on the back wall of the main bedroom. The shower in the bathroom in the front could use more privacy to the street.

Summary: Everything about this property was stellar. There were loads of towels, cooking equipment, plenty of beds (super super comfy beds), extremely convenient location to main Street, restaurants, and stores. And the host was very communicative about when the property was ready and if I needed anything to text her. I absolutely would stay here again.
