Summary: We greatly enjoyed this cozy spot in historic Sebring, an easy walk to variety of unique places for dining/shopping/entertainment.

Summary: This property is a diamond in the rough. The host needs to do a better job of maintaining & cleaning it, including hiring a pest control company, organizing what’s provided in the unit (dishes etc & bedding), providing details on how to use the TV and communicating through out a clients stay. We give high marks for location and a king size bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. We did not spend much time in the unit as we kept busy doing many things in the area which made some of the deficiencies easy to ignore.

Summary: We appreciated very much the host allowing us to host a small dinner with our daughter and her family (6 people) during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the space for two people was excellent. Though there were a couple of things that we would have liked to know before we reserved, we feel that it met our needs for the 4 day stay.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised to find a king sized bed as opposed to the queen size in the listing. We did see a couple baby roaches over the two days we were there. Also, the Wi-Fi was down when we arrived, but the host had it repaired very quickly. Overall, a nice stay. We would stay again.

Summary: Apartment was small but adequate for the two of us. This is an older home and has had several nice updates. The couch and lounge chair in the living room were great to relax after a busy day. The bed is king size and extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and comfortable to walk. Enjoyed our stay!
