Positive: Great location, low price. Warm. Host responded quickly.

Negative: It wasn't very clean, we felt some sand under the feet when walking barefoot. The towels and sheets were cheap and of low quality. The toothbrush glass was missing.

Summary: Not the best place, but fair deal for such central location
