Positive: The place was clean. The directions were very good and easy to follow. The kitchen was well equiped and I liked the fact that they had coffee, tea and sugar. The location across the U tube station is great.

Negative: The flat was on the third floor without a lift. Water was dripping in some places in the creapy corredors and stairway. The WIFI worked only sporadically. The TV was useless. It would work for a minute or two and then would get stuck and not work any more for several hours, and then again would work for only a couple of munutes. I had to shorten my stay from 4 to 3 nights, but the host refused to refund the fourth night. I would not recommend this place.

Positive: The location is great! The underground is just a few steps away and there are great restaurants and shops in the area. The staff is so nice, welcoming and helpful!! There was a problem with the apartment that we were supposed to be in before we got there so they moved us into a bigger appartment free of charge! The bigger appartment wasn't quite reddy when we got there so they helped us with our bags and told us we could have as late of a check out we needed in return for the wait! We were having trouble connecting to the internet so they fixed that for us in a minute!! The staff just went above and beyond for us and we are so greatful! There is a bar downstairs but the music or noise from there never bothered us or kept us awake and we even got a discount on drinks because we were staying in the buildind!

Negative: The only thing not to like is that there is no elevator and the stairs are pretty narrow if you have a big bag to move up and/or down. Just keep that in mind if you have bad knees or have a hard time walking much. There was also some construction in the building so there was sometimes stuff and some mess in the hallway but that is to be expected during these types of work.

Positive: Great location right next to a M&S and Aldi and the Underground - 20min from Central London. Really nice to have the kitchenette. The host kept the room clean and tidy.

Negative: Unfortunately the ceiling had a leak. The room didn’t smell great - we think it was the shower drain.
