Summary: Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We were there on new year's eve and the staff gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate

Summary: Great staff, very helpful. This property is exactly where you want to be om the Alfama. Great value. Great hotel, everything brand new. They are building a breakfast/bakery on site.
