Positive: Pros: Staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Special thanks to Mr. Abanoub and Mr. Ahmed at the reception, Mr. Ali from housekeeping, Mr Kirolus from the bar and Ms. Rose from the animation team. The family room was spacious with a beautiful view of the sea and pool. Food tasted very good and was of high quality, although the variety was extremely limited. Great value for money. Drinks were good and fairly diverse. The number of guests was very suitable for the size of the resort, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Most guests were international, which added a nice vibe to the stay.

Negative: Cons: The furniture is old and in need of renovation. Major issue with the air conditioning: most units across the hotel were not working (including reception, bars, billiard and tennis table hall). Food variety was too limited, despite good quality. Shortage of cups, plates, and utensils; they ran out quickly and guests had to wait until they were washed and returned. Pool water was not perfectly clean and needs more regular maintenance. Snacks were very limited and of low quality. Several services require better organization, e.g. towels for the pool were only available at the beach, requiring guests to walk a long distance. The pool bar did not serve hot drinks; guests had to go all the way to the beach bar for them. Staff were kind and professional, but their number was not sufficient to cover all tasks efficiently.

Positive: The whole hotel team was amazing and very helpful starting from the manager Mr Islam. The food made by chef Mohamed & chef Ehab was delicious. Lunch by the coast is one of the best experiences in the hotel. I want to thank all the hotel team for making everything perfect and special. Mahran in the reception was so helpful with arranging everything we needed., Sayed and Ashraf was so helpful and respectful, they make us feel safe while snorkeling. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning team was respectful and professional.

Positive: The staff were amazing and were helping when ever we needed, the beach is very beautiful. The city is nearby if you want to visit, they provide an option to go diving

Negative: The room cleaning was not efficient, we were not provided with fresh towels rather the old ones were just folded on the other side and put in place, I had issue with the room as water was leaking from the bathroom but they fixed that, the food is not very good even tho they have an Italian chef working, it seems he has not been to Italy. It would give the hotel total of 2 stars not 4
