Positive: Very hospitable and kind owner, helped us from the moment of booking and check-in. Also, thank you very much for accommodating us with a dog (this is rare) The family room is very spacious and equipped with everything you need, we even watched a movie via HDM cable. From the balcony we looked at the stars and enjoyed the evening, there is a refrigerator in the hotel, which also helped to preserve food and fruit. Everything went just great, we will definitely stay here again when we come! And there is also a small lake nearby, in which fish live (just like a house park)

Positive: We had a great time, very peaceful and they arrange some traditional foods for us!!! It was great!! Owner arrange some sightseeing around the histrionical city!! All were remarkable memories in Sri Lanaka for us!!

Positive: The bedroom and the washroom were very clean. A calm surroundings and no disturbances at all. Easy to access location, too.

Negative: I didn't get the exact room I reserved, given that they haven't updated Booking.com with correct availabilities. The room I selected had 2 full beds and a tv and all, but the room i got had 1 full bed and 1 half only. There was no blanket for the half bed also, and felt very uncomfortable during midnight due to mosquitos and cold. Also, they have limited parking space. I requested a parking spot when reserving the booking. However, it was on a first come, first serve basis, and since it was at night when I checked in, I had to park outside. Also, the room's only light was suddenly stopped working during the night and was super inconvenient. The one who takes care of the place didn't seem to be that helpful, too, though he gave us a flash light for that moment.
