Enjoy spectacular sunrise views from the decks on one of 2-levels of living space. Located on S. West Bay Shore Dr. 3 bedrooms, plus a loft-like family room/sleeping area. 2 bathrooms indoors, and half-bath with pool access.

One Fine Bay is the perfect beach house. You’ll love the gorgeous gourmet kitchen with dishwasher and open concept living room downstairs. Washer/dryer. 2 large flat panel TVs let you watch a movie or catch the game after a day of wine-tasting. Cable TV, WIFI, iPod Docking Station, Stereo. The master bath features a free-standing soaking tub that is to die for. On chilly mornings, light up the fireplace or on warmer days, relax in central air-conditioning.
Read a book, work on your tan and relax on the grassy lawn which steps directly onto your private beach. Kayaks are provided with a small dock for easy access. Use the grill or make s’mores in the firepit while the kids splash in the pool.

Summary: A beautiful view of the bay, nice private sandy beach, a beautiful pool, and a comfortable and accomodating home highlight this wonderful property. However, one does have to learn how to maneuver a fairly steep driveway off of a very busy State highway. Especially, with two vehicles.

Summary: We couldn’t have picked a better location and setup with our daughter and son-in-law and their kids over the Memorial Day Holiday. They both ran in the Bayshore Half Marathon there, it was super close to all things in TC, their kids were super content playing baseball on the bay-side lawn, swimming in the pool, or looking for Petosky stones in the water. The bedrooms were large, the bedding and beds were soft and wonderfully comfortable too. The bathroom off thr pool was completely a fabulous idea! The home was perfectly stocked and we wanted for nothing! The only bummer was M22 right at thr driveway but we never spent time at all on that side. I have to say that thr communication and kindness of this owner was super. Very thorough and expectations were spelled out. Even two kayaks were there to use along with so many pool and sand toys! The kids will most likely run in thr Bayshore next year so we are Hopi g to be back. Thanks a bunch!!

Summary: A tasteful, thoughtfully designed home with several living and dining spaces, all overlooking the beautiful bay. The pool and surrounding patio are a terrific addition to the private sandy beach which is ideal for sunbathing, sandcastle making and watching the sun set around the campfire. Minutes from Traverse City, Sutton's Bay, wineries and a nature walking trail, which helps because there's no immediate walking path. Loved our stay!

Summary: Property was perfect for our family with 2 kids. Pool was clean and warm, beach was beautiful, home was clean and very comfortable. Location is great too, only 5 minute drive to downtown Traverse City & various vineyards, and only 30 minutes to the Sleepy Bear Dunes.

Summary: Our check-in to the property was easy and the house was clean. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had about the house. For the time of the year, the lake was cold but we were still able to utilize the supplied canoes and enjoy the fire pit on the beach. The pool area was clean and well maintained.
