So sit back and relax in the 12 rocking chairs on the 700 square ft back porch and watch the Cumberland River roll by. Very private, no neighbors close by, just deer and turkey and every kind of bird that Tennessee has to offer. Only 1 mile from Opryland Hotel and the Grand Ole Opry. Bring your pontoon boat or jet ski or just catch fish off the private covered dock.. There is a boat launch 1 mile from property! This home was built new in 2009 but it looks like you are stepping back in time. Sleeps 12 and every bed has a memory foam mattress.. It also has a tankless water heater so your family and friends won't have to waste time waiting for hot water when getting ready for the days activities.
Viking gourmet gas stove, pink fridge with ice maker and a 1900's farm sink. Washer and dryer on ground floor. The hardwood floors came out of the old Atlanta Pencil Factory. It also has a library for those quiet times.
It also has an outdoor gas grill and a fully stocked kitchen, just bring your own food.
If your teens get bored take them 1 mile down the road to the arcade or to the Opry Mills Mall and Theater that has 20 screens and an IMAX 3D. Also there are two golf courses within 4 miles. Great restaurants are also only 1 mile away. If you are looking for some night life or Titans football, downtown Nashville is only 15 minutes. Roberts Western World, Tootsies, Country Music Hall of Fame are all must sees!!! A private massage therapist available at request...Also a private Chef.
The first floor has an open floor plan with a wall of windows to capture the view. Large living room with two seating areas, two dining areas and a 55 inch TV. The master bedroom has a KING bed and a cozy sitting area. The master suite has a very large bathroom with a shower and a claw foot tub. Also on the first floor there is a library, powder room and a laundry room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have QUEEN beds, 1 bedroom has two twin beds. The common room upstairs has a queen sofa sleeper and 2 twin sleeper chairs with a 65 inch TV. The upstairs bathroom has a claw foot tub and a shower.
Vacations are for resting, relaxing, having fun and making memories. There is no better place than on the back porch drinking coffee overlooking the Cumberland river.

Summary: Beautiful, well appointed house in a prized location. No better place to have a good old fashioned gathering with the folks. The host even had a beautiful Christmas tree up for us to enjoy! We can't wait to come back for another visit!

Summary: This house could not have been more perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and the living room made for the prefect spot to play card games and engage with those cooking. We had a private yoga session at the house and the back porch made for a great spot for serenity as we got to look at the river the whole time. Even though it was hot while we were there, we made good use of the hot tub to help us loosen our muscles. The kitchen had everything we could think of, and more than enough dish and silverware. Two of the members of the group were professional chefs and would not stop raving about the stove. The vintage decor in and around the house made for this house to feel like a home for all us, and we were very sad to leave. Not to mention that this place was only 20 minutes to downtown Nashville, allowing us to escape the party scene and come home to peace and quiet. The next time I come to Nashville I will be booking this house again as it was everything and more then we dreamed it to be.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport and just a short drive from downtown Nashville. The decor is absolutely stunning. The house was unique and welcoming. We loved the breathtaking view of the river, which provided a serene backdrop for our mornings and evenings. The house is spacious with plenty of seating and areas you where you can find some quiet time away from the group. My absolute favorites were the butterflies that surrounded the trees in the yard and the owl we heard in the evening. Highly recommend!
