This basement apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, large bathroom with seperate shower and jetted tub, three bedrooms with queen size beds, large games room with pool table, football table and family room with gas fireplace and large TV
Backyard has fire pit, gazebo, and dock with benches to enjoy the mountain view, and lake. The lake is stocked with trout for fishing summer or winter. The lake has a beach for summer enjoyment. We have kayaks, peddle boat and row boat to go to the beach. We have life jackets, skates fire wood, and fishing equipment for your use.

Summary: The setting is beautiful and you feel like you are at a cottage. The suite was clean and well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Herb and Brenda were great hosts and very helpful. We were able to have a late checkout and Herb offered to drive us to the airport! Would love to come back and definitely recommend.

Summary: Our stay was enjoyable in this walkout basement property thanks to several features…ample space making it ideal for families. It offered a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of activities. The neighborhood was quiet and the property offered a good selection of TV channels. Although we didn’t use them, the inclusion of lake toys adds an extra layer of fun. The outdoor seating area was a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. The only minor issue and suggestion would be to fix the stove fan, which would be beneficial for those who like to cook. Despite this, our stay was enjoyable.
