Positive: + Very beautiful hotel – the most stylish one we stayed at in Bolivia. Super cozy and warm atmosphere + Very clean rooms and fresh bed linen + Great shower with good water pressure + Delicious and varied breakfasts (!!!) + Lovely rooftop terrace with a nice view + Excellent location – just 5 minutes from the main square + Very safe area + Friendly and welcoming staff

Negative: +/– Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, so you need to wait around 15–20 minutes (though the food is worth it!) – On one day, the receptionist spoke excellent English, but the next day no one at the front desk spoke English – still, we managed to communicate fine

Positive: The hotel staff was very accommodating - above and beyond, and also the restaurant staff was exceptional! Room was clean and comfortable. Big complimentary breakfast with vegan options (fruit, bread, peanut butter/ jam, fresh juices, soy milk for cereal/coffee). Loved the big windows to view the city and hills. Enjoyed massage at the spa. I didn't have time to use it, but it's nice that they have a gym on the first/mall level available. Convenient location - we walked everywhere.

Positive: I loved this hotel! Friendly welcome. Beautiful design and interiors. Cody furnishings. Modern and clean bathrooms. The room was spotless. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was fab. Lovely coffee. The location is amazing!! The view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Negative: Our safe didn’t seem to work. The sauna and jacuzzi are in a corridor. It is quiet and on the third floor but a little less privacy then some may like. The lock on our door seemed to be almost falling off. Needs to be fixed. These were not big issues
