Summary: The front desk doesn’t answer their calls when you want to call and get your valet car ready because of the heat. The pool areas are very dirty and not cleaned as it should be. There are rings around the oasis pool with black dirt that needs to be scrubbed out. They don’t tell you that they’re charging you a $45 resort spa fee for the services that you do not even use. They charge you a resort Spa fee tax on top of the occupancy, tax and city tax. When I booked my reservation for this hotel, this information was not revealed to us so I was surprised when I got the bill. Make sure you check every detail before setting up your reservation for this hotel. Other than that, it was OK.

Summary: The Omni is the best summer getaway in the Phoenix area. The staff is excellent from the valet service all the way through housekeeping. Every employee we had an interaction with was top notch. Congratulations to the Omni management for hiring and training a staff of people who really have the guest’s best interest as their top priority. We will be back.

Summary: Booked a last minute trip to get some sun while the weather in the midwest is still not very warm. The Omni was incredible. We dined at Prado the first night - so nice to have a nice restaurant on site after a day of travel - and enjoyed the Arizona Restaurant Week Menu. We spent a few mornings at the Oasis Pool, after availing ourselves of the delicious coffee and baked goods at Crave. This was our first time staying at an Omni property, and it won't be our last. The extra fees - overnight parking, and a $42/day resort fee - seemed a little excessive, but they weren't totally unexpected, and there aren't too many places you can stay anymore where you don't pay for parking, so I understand it's in line with what is typical.
