Positive: We liked everything! The view was perfect! The staff was great! They allowed us to check out late which made our whole trip much more comfortable! We loved it!

Negative: I only wish that the jacuzzi was heated

Negative: 1. The fact that it did not offer what was listed (hot-tub and washing machine) 2. The access to bedrooms is cumbersome, (narrow steep steps). 3. The orientation of the property meant that we did not get any sun.

Positive: High end luxury design throughout the complex! Really well planned to give each apartment privacy with their own section of pool. Incredible breakfasts delivered to your door each day. Situated just a short walking distance from the restaurants and bars there were plenty of places to choose to eat out. The views at night were spectacular. The host Katarina was very accommodating with requests and made us feel super welcome! We would love to come back again next year!

Negative: The only slight downside was the hours of sun that the terrace received in October but this was minor issue and didn’t detract from the incredible place!

Positive: This property is exceptional, unique, beautiful. It is a haven of calm and tranquility with the most stunning of views across the bay of Karpathos of mountains, sky, countryside and sea. High-end design, architecture, fixtures, fittings and furniture provide a space to enjoy, dine in, and relax in (once you have got over the shock of just how gorgeous this place is!). The on-site staff, including Katerina, Tariq and domestic team are also part of the magic of this place, working quietly and unobtrusively to ensure you have a perfect stay.

Negative: Nothing. The property is perfect.

Positive: The apartment was simply sensational. Ultra-modern, luxurious furnishings, a breathtaking view and a pool like no other. We were completely satisfied. The beds were extraordinary comfortable, we slept like babys. The only deficit: We didn't see a lot of Karpathos because we spent a lot of time in the apartment 😁 It's also worth mentioning the exceptionally friendly and accommodating manner of the manager, Katerina. Thanks for this experience and hopefully once again The two couples from germany

Positive: Property Is brand new and exceeds any expectations a visitor might have. Apartments have been decorated and equipped with high quality materials and you get an essence of luxury from the first sec. Staff is there to support at any time for your requests. The true gem though is Katerina who runs the whole facility in a very efficient and effective manner coordinating everything and always willing to help, always with a smile transmitting you good vibes and make your stay more than pleasant mKing you feel like home guest rather than a traveler..Many thanks Katerina, keep up the good job that you do..

Positive: Omega residence is a superb house with a great location, the best that can be in Karpathos! If in other hotels you see a rating of 10, then Omega residence is an order of magnitude higher and deserves a rating of 15... this is a completely different level of comfort and privacy! Responsive staff and 24/7 support, special thanks to the manager Katerina! Reality exceeded all our expectations!

Positive: The property is brand new, very high tech and beautifully decorated! I slept like a baby and we enjoyed the pool and the incredible views. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they made everything in their hand to have a lovely time there. We are definitely coming back!
