Positive: 1. Staff is good 2. Decent parking space 3. Contemporary styled apartment 4. Very near to railway station 5. On-site cafe 6. Serves the purpose

Negative: 1. Only the hall has a ceiling fan, as it doesn't have an A/C. In bedrooms, there are no fans; only air conditioning. 2. There is no remote for the A/C, and it is turned on from check-in through check-out, and there is no option to control the temperature. I raised an objection to the same at the reception, and they gave us a remote, which is again common for both rooms in the apartment. It is a bit inconvenient, but at least we were given the remote. This is something surprising that I have never come across in any hotel/apartment. 3. Location is good, but the road is a bit narrow. 4. If the car has to be taken out frequently, then entering and exiting the street is a bit tedious, as the road is narrow and only one car can pass through, as other vehicles are parked on the roadside. 5. No place to hang the used wet towels other than the bathroom itself. No balcony. 6. If you have to sit on the sofa, it doesn't accommodate more than 3 persons, which is very inconvenient for a family of 4. 7. Only one chair for the entire apartment. 8. Rooms are a bit congested. 9. Only one room has an attached bath, while the other is a common bathroom. 10. Water bottles/Tea/Coffee sachets are given only on the first day. 11. If time is a constraint, then do not order from the on-site cafe as the delivery takes significant time. However, the quality of food is good. 12. No washing machine. 13. Ideal for a short stay of a day or two, and beyond that, it is not comfortable. Again, this is subjective. 14. No Airtel network in the rooms. I am not sure about other networks. This is very inconvenient as the only way to contact the reception is by using a mobile number. The only other option is going downstairs personally. 15. Very poor/weak Wi-Fi. I was told there is an issue with it in recent times. 16. A bit expensive considering the above.
