Positive: Had a very good experience here. Host was responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, good shower and washing machine worked well. Easy check-in and check-out process and there was 24-hour building security. The apartment itself is in a good neighbourhood.
Negative: Windows looked into a business that was close next door so blinds had to be shut for privacy and view wasn’t great.
Summary: Great place to stay in Quito.
