Positive: The absolute biggest plus of the Oliviera property are the hosts. A big THANK YOU to Vasilis and his daughter Maria! They went out of their way to provide us with everything. Our experience at Oliviera will remain a wonderful and unforgettable one. We highly recommend the property, even to those who aren't necessarily looking for music while on the beach. That was at first our concern, but due to the played genre (chill-out) as well as its volume (rather discreet), the experience proved to be a pleasant one.

Negative: There isn't any downside crossing my mind now. Maybe a few more things for the kitchen (salad bowl, large pan) would do.

Positive: The location was great, exactly at the beach. We spent a few amazing days at this property and felt completely relaxed throughout our stay. The sea view from the room was absolutely stunning and made every morning unforgettable. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with tips about the island and great local restaurants. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet – just perfect for unwinding – and the location is excellent, close to the beach...perfect for kids. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Thassos. We will definitely come back!

Positive: Right on the beach, a completely new, great apartment with a very friendly owner. The room was serviced almost every day, the towels and sheets were kept clean and we even received fresh fish almost every day. Sunbeds are available for taking to the beach, WiFi is very good and there is nothing missing.

Negative: It could only be a bit cheaper for what it is, other than that, no complaints.

Positive: I liked that it was right by the sea, calm, quiet, clean, comfortable, and brand new. You encounter a golden beach and crystal clear sea when you leave your room. It is possible to swim in the sea all day and night. On the other hand, 45-50 square meters of flats are carefully designed, and everything is considered for the customers' comfort. You feel at home. It was also wonderful for us to have breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the bay amidst the sounds of birds. Vasilis, the owner, who does his job with great love, helped us in every way. In our limited time, we visited places with his recommendations and experienced beautiful examples of Greek cuisine. It is also possible to park in the garden, where there are over 30 olive trees, fig and palm trees. Oliviera, which has only a three-month history, will develop its brand value quickly with the efforts of Vasilis and his right-hand daughter, Maria.

Positive: Great newly built 2 apartment villa 15 meters from the beach. We stayed for 10 days, 2 adults + 2 children aged 7. The place was very clean and easy to clean for yourself if your stay is longer. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are nice with very good mattresses. You have the option to park inside the residence, if you have a car. The place is very quiet, right on the Astrida beach, which have their own beach bar if you choose to eat there. The view is amazing from the balconies. The host lives in a house right next to the villa and is available at all times, if you need fresh towels, bed linen or the usage of a washing machine. Vassili was very helpful, gave us a ton of recommendations for the island, even arranged for a special meal at the Astris tavern. He made our stay really comfortable, we will surely return there.
