Positive: The lady at the frontvdesk couldn't do enough for us.

Negative: I know a lot of people donit. I didn't like walking through other people smoking. In Australia a place of business frontvof deskbis a smoke free zone. The place was hard to find. Need a larger signs

Positive: I originally have booked for 4 night, when I arrive to the location the receptionist told me that I only can stay for two days and for another two days we need to move you to another location. So I basically only stayed for tonight. They charged me for Fortnite. I refuse to go to the other location so I need a refund for tonight.
