Positive: We had an amazing stay at Olive Tree Villa! From the moment we arrived we were treated as family by the hosts. The house included everything we needed for our stay including a well-stocked kitchen and washing machine. The veranda gives an incredible view of the sea, especially at sunset! The beach is nearly private and a short walk from the house through an olive grove. If you are looking for a sandy beach, this one is rocky, though it wasn´t a problem for us and our teenagers. The water was fantastic, crystal clear with rock formations and marine life right off the beach. There is a sandy beach approximately 2km south at Vrachos. The area has markets, restaurants and even a pharmacy nearby. I can´t compliment our hosts enough, they are genuinely good people who really care for their guests! Olive Tree Villa is highly recommended and we can´t wait to return again!

Positive: Nice spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and everything was available for a short or long stay. 1.minute from the quiet beach. You can swim in the calm sea and snorkel amongst the rocks. Restaurants are in walking distance.

Positive: Strategic location, close to beautiful Ionian beaches, which are accessible in 7-8 minutes by car. Literally 2 min walk to the village beach. Amazing sea view from the terrace, great place to enjoy the sunset, calm and peaceful. Agh, how we miss this view! Easy parking. Friendly and super helpful host. Thanks for the hospitality, Janis!

Negative: Outdated appliances, moldy smell under the kitchen sink and bathroom. There was a stormy night and it was leaking in one of the bedroom from the roof, really bad!

Positive: The venue is a beautifull villa, with a stunning sea view. The terrace is large and facing west, so you get cool mornings and wonderfull sunsets. The interior has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with nearly every appliance we needed (coffee maker, frape mixer, cold press...), owen, microwawe, fridge with feeezer, etc. The bathroom has a shower booth! The bedroom is relatively small, but has a large window looking towards the sea and a standard closet. The villa is technically right at the beach, but there is a large olive yard in front, so there are 150 steps to the beach.
Negative: The villa is on an incline so the path to the beach is a bit steep. We did not mind, but an elderly person would find it difficult.
Summary: Quiet, beautifull, right on the beach
