Positive: We felt at home here. Olive Cottage is interesting and intriguing. It had everything we needed and the bed is the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! Good shower and bathroom off the bedroom. The courtyard garden is a work in progress that is almost done. A few strings of lights across the olive trees and a tidy up for summer is all it needs. The private parking is such a bonus! Will was helpful and kind and we appreciated the eggs, bread and Maltesers. Location is great for Rye and surrounding villages to explore. We particularly enjoyed The Lemon Grass Thai restaurant in Rye.

Negative: Not much at all. Come and stay and make your own mind up. It suited us down to the ground. A home for home.

Positive: Very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with little homely extras that made our stay even better. Bed was super comfy. The host answered our one query very quickly.

Negative: The electrics are a little dodgy ( a few flashing lights), but this didn’t spoil our stay. And the blinds are a little tired.

Summary: Lovely comfy cottage with all the home comforts.

Positive: Great location for Rye and Camber. Nicely designed and very comfortable. Full working kitchen. Quiet but close to main road for quick arrival and departure. Very private.
