Positive: Absolutely loved our stay at Olive Sanctuary!! such a lovely spot amongst the trees and away from the business, yet not too far from Marysville town. Super clean, organised and easy to navigate to! The host Mark was awesome, great to chat to and learn more about the area!

Positive: The cottage itself was stunning. Most comfortable bed and pillows in the world. Great selection of teas. Very quiet and peaceful location. Very relaxing. Loved just chilling by the fire with a tea and a magazine. Loved it.
Negative: The area around it looked messy with scrap metal lying about and looking at big sheds to one side. It would be better facing a different direction or further around the property. A little roof over the fire pit would be good so you could sit out there when it was wet. Better coffee would be great. It was just instant. A plunger and proper coffee would be much better, but I loved all the beautiful teas.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay in the Tiny House. Great chance to relax and recuperate. The house was stunning.

Positive: The tiny home is lovely and functional and the heater/cooler works really well. It's great for one person. If there are two of you, you'd want to be very comfortable with each other, just because it's a tiny space. At my request, the host sold me some excellent firewood so that I could have a small fire outdoors in the brazier. I really liked the variety of teas the host had provided. The shower was nice and hot and I slept really well.
Negative: Get instructions from the host beforehand on how to find the tiny home on the property, especially if you're arriving in the dark. It's not obvious. Bring slippers in winter; the floor is cold.

Positive: Very clean on inside, decent water pressure, warm inside
Negative: The mobile home was positioned poorly on the property. The view from the toilet window was the best and we kept the blind close out the front view because we could see the industrial looking shed as soon as you stepped out the door. The outside only provided 2 chairs on the sewer stone/ road base outdoor area that was overgrown with weeds. No BBQ. No deck for sitting on. Wood for the little fire place was extra and had to be ordered before you got there - which is not good if it’s going to rain and you waste your money. Also, wouldn’t have sat out there due to industrial view making us feel like we were camping on a block in Brooklyn (Melbourne not NY). Out the back kitchen window was a run down sheep yard - which could be a rustic view - except it had a white wire screen door on the ground growing weeds through it too. Also these tiny homes move - like being on a boat - which is fine for us but may not be for ppl who get motion sickness.

Positive: This was a beautiful quiet location. I was worried about the cassette toilet but it was easy to use and very clean. No different than our home toilet! The cabin was well stocked with everything we needing in the kitchen and we appreciated the oil and teas!
Negative: There was nothing to not like! Outdoor chairs were comfortable, bed was great, shower was hot and the fire pit was sublime!
