Positive: The property was exceptionally clean and very tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed in this spacious accommodation. It was a very large flat with another another floor upstairs where you can sleep and also have a BBQ on the terrace. There was a small kitchen facility upstairs as well to make the BBQ experience easier. Erdem, the host, was very helpful and he gave us all the information we need. He was available to answer all our questions instantly. I have never stayed in an apart hotel this good before. You normally face with very limited facilities but here we had everything we needed from teas/coffees to laundry liquid/shower gels etc. Kitchen had all the equipment, pots and pans, clean fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The hot water was good, no issues with the water pressure. It was almost like a home away from home for us with the comfortable open plan living area with smart TV (you need your own account to sign in - which is fair enough) and comfortable bedrooms, balcony and terrace.
