Positive: Beautiful location. Spacious accommodation. Ezio our host was amazing. He picked us up from the train station and then drove us to a pizza place. We invited him to join us which he did. He also drove us back to the train station with our luggage.

Positive: - A great 2-bedroom apartment in Ca' Mirò. Cinque Terre National Park is about 75 minutes south by car. - Beaches in Deiva Marina are 5-minutes away by car or 30-minutes on foot. There is also a free bus that stops 150 m (500 ft) from the apartment. It runs once an hour (more frequently in August). - The apartment is very spacious. A full-functioning kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds are upstairs. - The key pickup at check-in and drop-off at check-out takes place in person since the host lives next door. - Ezio, the host, provided a comprehensive walk-through of the place at check-in. He was also proactive in recommending places to go, see, and eat and was kind enough to make dinner reservations.

Negative: - The stairs to the bedrooms creak loudly whenever someone walks on them. - Parking is right in front of the apartment but on the side of the street rather in a designated spot.

Positive: Perfect location for day trips to Cinque Terre, nearby the Deiva Marina train station. Ezio’s place has insect screens, so no pesky mosquitoes, great security and free parking. It’s peaceful and quiet. Loved our stay!

Negative: No complaints. It was perfect for us.

Positive: We liked the apartment, it was very functional with a good equipped kitchen and some extras like coffee, oil and similar. The bus shuttle 2 min. away was very valuable.

Negative: The host wasn't friendly to us, we warned about the time of the arrival and waited for him, but had to call him (it was a problem, as we had no Italian sim card. In one of the cupboards there was a smell of mold.

Positive: Cleanliness of the house, air conditioner in all spaces and very good pillows and complete dishes and utensils.

Negative: The bed mattress in the small room was not usable at all for someone with back pain. If the TV was a smart TV, even if it was small, it could be used.

Positive: Ezio the owner is very helpful and tells you everything you need. There is a free bus to town which he organise for you. The unit is very functional and clean, we had a car , parking was easy just outside the unit, a very nice stay.

Positive: Old-fashioned but very clean apartment that had everything we needed. Food store nearby. Car parking in front of building. Very good value.
