Positive: The property is within walking distance to the beach, which is perfect. It’s in a quiet area, surrounded by kind neighbours and many cats and dogs. It’s a good size for a family with small children but doesn’t offer enough privacy when travelling with teenagers.

Positive: The property is on the first floor of a bigger house, in a private and quiet area. The house is spacious with enough room for 4 adults and kids, there is a big patio with a table for a family dinner. The rooms are big and equipped with more or less everything that you might need. The beach is about 4 minutes from the property and in another 5-minute walk, you are at the first bars. You can bring your own shade or use the one from the bars. I was skeptical when I booked it due to lack of reviews but it is excellent value for the money.
Negative: I had our bicycles with us and there were some free big dogs in front of a house a couple hundred meters away that chased us a couple of times - I don't think that the property owner can do anything about them so... just something to keep in mind.
Summary: I will recoment it to those who are looking for private and quiet holiday close the beach.

Positive: Very big villa, it can easily accomodate up to 8 people. It has 4 master bedrooms. The living room is big, the kitchen is well equipped. The balcony is also spacious with many plants that offer a good shelter. We liked the fireplace. The area was very quiet and there is also a nice view of the sea. We could feel the breeze of it and we loved it. The host was very welcoming, discreet and helpful. Overall, a cheap option to spend some great relaxing days.
Negative: There is only one bathroom. We were 5 persons and we had to coordinate when we wanted to take a shower. There was a bit of dust, probably because the villa was not booked for a long period. The decoration could have been better.
Summary: Good value for money
