Negative: The shower temperature control was difficult to get a comfortable heat. Apart from that everything was great 👍

Positive: I would highly recommend this house, including for travellers with children. A high chair and a sleeping arrangement for a child were thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made it easy to prepare breakfasts, even for a toddler. The large refrigerator was also particularly useful. The bedding was clean, and the beds were spacious and comfortable. The separate layout of the bedrooms ensured privacy and quiet for everyone – a very convenient feature. Overall, everything was to our satisfaction, and the host was always available, responding to any questions promptly and efficiently.
Negative: The only aspect I found slightly challenging as a parent was the absence of a safety gate to block access to the stairs. We had to keep the doors closed at all times to prevent our child from wandering off or falling. This would not be an issue at all for travellers without young children, but I mention it here for the benefit of fellow parents. The house is conveniently located near a Waitrose, which made it easy to purchase all necessities. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre, so it is important to factor in both transport costs and travel time when planning your stay.
Summary: We were truly pleased to spend time in this apartment

Positive: Lovely property, very clean and such a good location. Very comfy beds and spacious lounge / kitchen area. Good sized garage and nearby shop which was handy.
Negative: Only thing I would request would be a full length mirror in the hallway or 2nd bedroom would be handy. Only 1 bedroom had a mirror so not ideal with a group. Also check out time is 10am which isn’t the best on a Sunday as check outs are usually 11am / Midday at other Airb&B or local hotels.

Positive: The host was very responsive, she was prompt in replying to our messages. The house was very clean, and comfortable to stay. We would love to book the same place in the future.
