Positive: Great location for Town

Negative: Receiving Checkin Instructions on the day of arrival, bombarded with bin instructions etc, would have been better to have had these a few day before! Also it dosn't help not knowing the house number until minutes before arrival, with no Italian phone or wifi was tricky! Then had no Check-out instructions (what to do with keys) had to ask the owner for these answers!

Positive: Convenient location in the city center. Close to the embankment and the port, also close to the center, cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. The hostess is very caring and always ready to help.

Positive: The apartment was centrally located in the Marina district. It was a great size for a couple, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. Maria met me to hand over the keys and was a great host giving me many recommendations for the area. The bonus in the kitchen was both the Moka coffee maker and a Nespresso type!

Negative: The stairs to the apartment are steep, and the street that the apartment is on is also pretty steep. The host warned me when I booked that this was the case. Otherwise nothing.

Positive: Convenient location, quiet street, All attractions are nearby (within walking distance). Poeto beach is a few bus stops away. Bus stop is 5 minutes on foot. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The San Benedetto market is a 15-minute walk. The apartment has the necessary utensils, plenty of towels and a pleasant surprise - beach towels. There is a washing machine. All detergents and detergents are in the apartment. Very nice hosts - Maria and her husband - were always in touch. For people with mobility problems, please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building with a staircase with many steps. The sleeping place is a comfortable bed, but with a lift to the attic mezzanine in the apartment. There is only resident parking near the house.

Negative: We liked everything. There were no problems.

Positive: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, it is close to the train station, the city center, the historic center, there are lots of restaurants and cafes closeby, the area is quiet and safe. When I arrived, the host met me at the apartment to give me the keys, she was nice and friendly and sent me tips on where to eat, what to see. One thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs to the apartment and the bed in on a mezzanine so be aware of that. This apartment might not be for someone with mobility issues.
