Summary: This is our second year and we had an excellent stay. The house is very clean and has all of the amenities you need. Also, the location is excellent and going to the private beach is just a short walk. Barb is really attentive.

Summary: The property was very clean, and very comforting. The host was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to any of our needs. The location of the property is superb! A 12 minute walk to 5th avenue, or a 2-3 minute bike ride, or golf cart ride. Equally, the beach is only a 7 minute walk and even shorter on the bikes. We were very happy with the home and would definitely stay there again!

Summary: This was the perfect stay for my daughter’s 14th birthday and Father’s Day weekend. We loved the convenience of walking to the beach and 5th Ave S. The house was absolutely adorable and cozy. The sheets were soft, the abundance of comfy blankets and just all the little extra things they had. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Everything about this house was excellent! It was very clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenties that you would want for your family! It was well "stocked and equipped" for everything you needed in the kitchen and at the pool and beach! The location to the beach was within easy walking distance and the beach was very nice. It is also a short driving distance to Lowdermilk Beach which is also a very nice beach. Our host Barbara was excellent in her communications with us and also as we coordinated having some additional toddler toys delivered. We received our damage deposit the same day we checked out. I would highly recommend staying in this house and others that are managed by Barbara.

Summary: family trip with 4 adults and 1 toddler. Nice sized bedrooms, all but 1 have own bathroom. wonderful pool. Lots of pool / beach toys, chairs umbrellas. Walk for coffee in morning and easy walk or drive to beach. Great communication with host. Would definitely rent again.

Summary: We loved this property. The home was very clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed having a pool right out our back door. Over the years we’ve stayed in the north Naples area, but this location was great- close to downtown and the beach. Our host Barbara was so helpful and responsive. Five stars to our host and the property.
