Summary: Clean, bright home base which had everything we needed for a week trip. This house was just as expected from the photos. Enjoyed the neighborhood vibe and options. First time visiting the area we enjoyed the location which had many things close but also made driving anywhere in the are pretty easy.

Summary: Property was perfect for our needs. Great location and full of amenities. There are two flights of stairs (one set ti get up to the main floor and then a second set to get to the bedrooms). Wasn't an issue for our group, but might make a difference for some. There was a stackable washer dryer, but I don't think it was listed in the amenties (nice bonus). Would stay here again without reservation. Communication with host was great, too! Thanks!

Summary: Property was great. Just as described. Really clean. Very well decorated. Close to Shem Creek. We loved it. Parking is a little tight but we were fine, even with a big SUV. definitely recommend.

Summary: great condo in mount pleasant old village. easy walking distance to shims creek, shops, and dining.We enjoyed the nice linens and kitchen amenities that made it feel like home. We also appreciated the 4 bikes, coolers, and beach towels that we were able to use.

Summary: The Townhouse was immaculate and very much as advertised. Very well furnished to include the bikes, umbrellas for rain, lots of dishes and cookware, shampoos and conditioner for the showers, etc. 2 block walk to the Post House (convenient for a wedding we attended) and half a mile walk to Shems Creek. But immediate neighborhood was quiet. Parking for one vehicle on site and additional street parking was close by. Remember the living area is one flight up and bedrooms a second flight, in case stairs would be an issue for some...

Summary: Arrived Friday and the air conditioning was not on. Made adjustments to all HVAC remotes per notes. Allowed time for A/C to start cooling and when there was no cooling I called for assistance. Sent pictures of remotes and they had us adjust the temperature up to 70 to avoid freeze up. Still very hot during the night. Turned on all fans to high including the one in the closet. Still hot. Called Saturday morning and we were told tech would come and check A/C. Still hot that afternoon. Called again and was told tech would return. Finally when we returned from rehearsal dinner at 10 pm Saturday the A/C was on. We had in our group someone who recently underwent open heart surgery. We also paid extra for a dog which we crated in the house while we were celebrating our son’s wedding in Charleston. To be without A/C for that length of time is unacceptable. Also it would have been nice to know about the 35 steps.

Summary: Perfect location for MP, Charleston and islands across the Cooper River. So much beauty, history, friendly people, wonderful low country food. We have enjoyed this coast -all our lives- and thankful to say it still retains much of what made it a destination.

Summary: This little house was ideal for our spring break trip for our family of 3 - great location, with walkable restaurants and kayaking / SUP options, and a quick drive into the heart of Charleston for sightseeing. Everything was impeccably clean and up to date, and the host was very kind and checked in on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
