Positive: The apartment holds great a family of two adults and two kids and is spacious. Great views over Tallinn old town.

Negative: There was a problem with the heated water, and we couldn’t get warm water during our stay. Meaning our small kids (2 and 3 years old) had to be washed with ice cold water and we adults had to skip taking showers. The host was helpful and tried to fix the problem remotely, but there seemed to be some issues that couldn’t be resolved during our stay. Also, please mind that the apartment is on the fifth floor without an elevator so not suitable for people with limitations in climbing many flights of stairs. For us it was a little difficult to get all the bags and our small kids up and down, but we managed.

Summary: A spacious apartment with great views and well suited for families or friend groups, but our stay was impacted by issues

The beds were fantastic, the facilities exceeded every expectation, and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed — and more. The cleanliness and quality of the entire space were outstanding. Our hostess was truly wonderful: kind, helpful, and attentive in a way that made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels this sincere. The views from the apartment were beautiful and unique, and the location could not be more perfect — right in the heart of Old Town Tallinn, with everything within easy reach. The bedrooms were peaceful, spacious, and ideal for a team stay. This apartment is honestly a hidden gem. We felt at home, supported, and very well taken care of. Thank you for such a memorable and heartwarming stay. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

Negative: Honestly nothing. The apartment is on the 4th floor so be ready for a bit of cardio in the morning - but its no problem.

Positive: Apartment is located in the heart of old town, parking space was available. We have used washing machine, which was super helpful during our trip.

Negative: Most probably few years back apartment was fresh and clean, but currently it needs at least cosmetic renewal (e.g. sofa had multiple stains, shower area also had black / dark grey spots etc.) Communication part could be improved as well, host was not very responsive. We received check in instructions with the wrong key box code. We contacted the host, also in meantime after multiple attempts my son has guessed first number and key box finally was opened. I texted to the host that it's ok, we managed to get it open. Host saw the message only after half an hour, secondly, there was no apologies or regret that it happened. On the day of check out we also asked if it is ok if we will leave our car for few more hours after check out in their parking spot - no response either.

Negative: Only got entry code at 6pm the night before the booking which made it slightly stressful as we were arriving v late and had been liaising with booking to get more information. However, once received, communication was excellent. Hot water for shower runs out fairly quickly.

Positive: Quiet. Lots of space. In the middle of old town town.

Negative: Very dirty. Washing mashine full of mold. Oven and trays full of grease. Sink leaked. What you see at a first glamce is clean, then you slowly uncover dust, dirt, greease, mold and torn down furniture

Summary: Recommend for 1 night, if you are not going to spend time and the appartment.
