Positive: Wonderful apartment in the old town with all the facilities you could need to attend the Kulmbacher Bierwoche. Host very attentive and dealt with issues fast. Loved having the coffee maker, cooking oils, etc there already. So big as well so it was great for our family.

Negative: Nothing, it was perfect.

Summary: Comfy apartment in old town allowing wonderful access to Kulmbacher Bierwoche.

Negative: Getting into the flats was a nightmare. It was just before Christmas, freezing cold, and the codes didn't work. We spent three hours trying to get in the main door and into the flats. The property was overpriced. The kitchen was understocked in terms of equipment. Pictures make the property look more attractive than what it is. We did not have the house to ourselves, which we were led to believe was the case.

Summary: Fantastic location, the rest left a lot to be desired

Positive: Well renovated apartment in an historical district, just around the corner from restaurants and shops. Great facilities, set up for a longer stay. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Quiet with lovely views from the windows.

Negative: The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. It didn’t bother us but is worth knowing.

Summary: Modern apartment in interesting old buildingin the centre of town, perfectly set up for long term stays.
