Negative: Unfortunatley the hotel /room didnt live up to our expectations. We were really disapointed and felt the room let the property down especally for the price paid. We had room 7 on the 3rd floor. We found the room unbearibly hot (it was late Oct) and uncomfortable. None of us slept very welk at all.The breakfast was fantastic

Positive: The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was excellent and the lobby amenities were very nice. Location is perfectly placed in the small town of Waterbury. Convenient to all the fun sites nearby.

Negative: The building is old and needs updating but the beds were comfortable.

Positive: This is the second time we use this hotel to visit our daughter, the location is excellent because we took Amtrak to VT, it’s walkable from train station( although our daughter picked us up and dropped us off)

Negative: The shower could be a bit big.

Positive: They have games and snacks. The proximity to everything is wonderful.

Negative: The fire suppression system is exposed above our bed and desperately needs a cover or caulking. Also the flooring on the patio is in need of replacement.
