Positive: Very clean. Spacious. Very comfortable. Private. Decent amenities. Fireplaces. Wi-Fi and tv. Close to town, grocery stores, airport.

Negative: Very hard to find the drive because GPS sent to an address range rather than exact address, and drive poorly marked. Especially hard to find at night. There was trash in the yard. No instructions for tv, with 4/5 remotes. Instructions for fireplace out of date. Long code to open door.

Negative: Unexpected motion light detector outside bedroom at night was startling and we were unaware and thought perhaps it was an intruder. It was quite scary. The washing machine so extremely load and sounded as if it was going to break down.

Negative: Apparently, the owner allows pets. We detected a slight odor and found a few dog hairs upon arrival.

Positive: The property was very clean and walking around outside was peaceful and scenic. Loved the fabulous plants, smell, and the mountains behind. Saw a double rainbow! The property was very accessible, quiet and safe. Loved the large rooms and two baths! Greatly appreciated enough detergent and soap.

Negative: None of these suggestions are a dealbreaker at all. It would be nice to have shells for glassware – hard for older people into the cabinet. Have a few pitchers for juices, etc. and black bags or plastic storage containers would be nice. Living room oom area needs to be replaced. Having an extra chair to the kitchen would be nice.
