Positive: Very rustic and charming. Great for this type of experience of being back in the "western days". No cell/internet service at all, you are completely off the grid! If you dont bring it, they wont have it. Bring exactly what you need.

Negative: This is a great little place in the middle of nowhere! But that is why you are going there. It is very rustic and charming. However, it needs some serious cleaning. Spider webs all over, very dusty, dead bugs. etc. The rustic experience is great, but can still be clean. That is the only thing I would warn people about.

Positive: The location was awesome. Up a gulch with green river bottom. Hotel was full of books and antiques.

Negative: No wifi or breakfast even though they were listed on booking.com. This could be a big deal since there's no cell coverage and closest food is 20 miles.
