Summary: A wonderful property within a short walk to Old Town Pasadena to enjoy its charm, restaurants and bars. Easy access to the Rose Bowl for a game and also a train and bus ride away from Dodgers' Stadium for the NLCS.

Summary: Thomas is a great host with a charming historic home. He welcomed me in person and walked me through the property and provided his local knowledge on old Pasadena. My college buddies and I enjoyed coffee on the porch in the AM and grilled out in the backyard in the PM. Close to restaurants and groceries. Trader Joe’s is right around the corner. Close to Rose Bowl stadium where we watched IU welcome UCLA to the BIG 10 with a 42 to 13 victory. We’ll be back.

Summary: This home has it all. It is always nice to arrive at a beautiful home, in an amazing location, with a top tier host. Thomas and Mandy made us feel right at home in their historic bungalow. Steps away from coffee shops, fine dining, the original Trader Joe’s and blocks away from old town. It doesn’t get any better.

Summary: This house is truly an historic gem. Thomas is friendly, responsive and attends to details. Sitting on the front porch was certainly a highlight and as others have commented, the neighbors are delightful. My only comment for consideration is while it does quiet down at night, it is a busy neighborhood. Lots of fun though being close to so many things to do and places to eat (like 3 easy, walkable options for delicious morning coffee!)

Summary: This place was perfect! It started with Thomas meeting us at the property and walking us through. The home is beautiful and so great for attending the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl. Leading up to the stay, Thomas was available to provide local insight to Rose Bowl events. We were able to walk to most places. It is located close to groceries and restaurants. The entire time was more than we could have imagined! We would definitely stay here again. Thomas and his place are wonderful. Go Blue!

Summary: My wife and I just stayed for the Breeders Cup weekend and were blown away by this amazing bungalow. This is the most well-stocked VRBO that I have ever stayed in in Europe or the US. Thomas, the host and owner, is an amazing host. We loved the place and can’t wait to come back for future horse races at nearby Santa Anita or the Rose Bowl. 10/10 experience!
