Positive: A really beautiful inn with delicious breakfasts and plenty of inclusive snacks and soft drinks
Negative: Our room was nice but the bathroom was not ensuite, although we did have a private bathroom. It was just a bit inconvenient having to go out of the room and across a communal landing to use the bathroom. This is what we had booked (without realising) - next time we would book an ensuite

Positive: Judy and Ray, owners of The Old Harbor Inn in Chatham, are exceptional hosts! They and those who help run the inn, Tanya and George, treated us like family and made sure we were comfortable and well fed. The breakfasts they prepared were absolutely delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed their made to order omelettes and Judy’s mouth watering blueberry pancakes which made for a wonderful start to our day. The Inn had the scent of baked goods wafting in the air throughout the day and night as Judy and Tanya created amazing breads and desserts that were available to us at all times. The location was perfectly located in Chatham, just a few convenient steps to the quaint, seaside New England shops and restaurants, and a mile-plus walk to Chatham light. It was a delightful weekend and we can’t wait to go back and experience the warm and wonderful hospitality of the Old Harbor Inn!

Positive: Most delicious breakfasts, lovely fruit, yogurt etc followed by a different daily entree. Our hosts were charming and welcoming. Old Harbour Inn had a wonderfully homely feel. Especially appreciated the tea/coffee & snacks!
Negative: Wouldn’t change a thing.

Positive: Generally luxurious feel and well appointed. Lovely fruit at breakfast, and cakes throughout the day.
Negative: We had a separate bathroom: whilst it was private for us it was located across the landing passed two other bedrooms. It’s door was fiddley to lock and unlock. We probably missed the significance of this when booking, but we wouldn’t have this room again.
Summary: A generally great experience.
