This large, 1925 classic old Florida home in lovely Eustis will hold your vacation memories. It's clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, all new windows. Be aware that there are level changes and sloped floors on the now- enclosed porches.
It has four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several extra rooms. There are two enclosed porches (one with a bed) and a speakeasy, plus a half acre yard with a fenced 8 foot deep pool.
There's a separate cottage on the 1/2 acre property. It is now a small airbnb, those guests do not have pool rights, that's for the main house.

Summary: Excellent communication with host. Plenty of room and clean. Only drawback for us was there was only 1 TV in the house.

Summary: This house has a ton of old charm to it, we loved it. The yard is huge and the pool is a great addition! The house was within 15 mins of everything we had to do (in town for a youth basketball tournament). The host (Amy) was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!
