Summary: Lovely place to stay. Out in the countryside with lots of good walks. Excellent restaurant and great service.

Summary: I have eaten in Michelin starred restaurants but this was as good as these. Room was impeccable and staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Every possible detail had been considered, from the umbrella hanging outside the room, to the pre dinner nibbles.

Summary: Fine but very expensive for what it was. Bed and seats very old and uncomfortable. Also very isolated so a long drive on pot-holed lanes.

Summary: Wonderful. Cannot rate eco friendly as no idea what is required. Bedside lights were not good for reading in bed and would have preferred squashy armchairs or sofa to the sit up and beg armchairs. Small criticisms. Food was exceptional and it was peaceful and quiet in gorgeous countryside.
