Positive: We loved everything about Old Chapel House. Beautifully decorated, very clean and modern while maintaining its quirky character and history. We loved that keystones are left exposed here and there in the walls. We immediately felt at ease and comfortable from the moment we walked through the door - it was home from home. The little personal touches, plus easy-to-follow instructions for heating and dishwasher, and the two walking routes to the spectacular Aber Falls made it extra special. It had everything we needed plus so much more. The welcome pack, which included milk in the fridge and treats for our three little dogs, was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. The garden is beautiful as are the solar lights at night and the outdoor seating area with bird feeders and bird food in the cupboard under the sink to feed them too. It's exactly how it looks in the photos. My two daughters and I loved every minute of our three nights stay, and chose to eat in rather than going out in the evenings because we wanted to make the very most of it. Just all round beautiful. And the key safe was easy to operate.

Positive: I was visiting friends in Llanfairfechan and wanted to stay in something that was authentic of the area. The Old Chapel House was perfect! The views from the garden are spectacular and seeing the sun rise over the mountain in the morning was extra special. The house itself has everything you could need and was comfortable, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished. The comfort extends to the garden too with it's quality garden seating under a sunny pergola. I could have sat there all day just taking in the view and relaxed, because the dog-safe fencing meant I didn't have to worry about Benny (my terrier) escaping. I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's full of character, in a spectacular location, easy to find and the owners have carefully thought-out what their guests will need and they've provided it.
Negative: Leaving at the end of my stay was the only negative. I didn't want to go!
Summary: Comfortable, clean and thoroughly marvellous!
