Positive: The games room was a big hit and was a lifesaver with the awful weather we had! Lots of space in, and out of the building. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfy space. Amenities and attractions not far, will definitely be back. Great for a family of more than 4....affordable place to stay. Boys wanted to stay longer! Mr King was very polite and kind.

Negative: Heating and hot water wasn't on when we arrived, but didn't take long to heat up. Suggest warm socks and a wee nightlight for the toilet upstairs when you want to use during the night.

Positive: This was a great location and had an area to do some smaller walks, it was a very clean and spacious cottage and even when there was a little issue with the water pressure it was looked after really well and we were not inconvinienced in any way. there was a games room with ping pong table and small pool table and darts which was perfect but after most days we were shattered from walking. we drive 1 and half hours to ben A'nn which was stunning but boy was it a difficult walk (Listed as a beginner) it was a lot of high climbs and took us 4 hours in total. but so worth it.

Negative: there really was nothing we could have asked for more, it was as expected, its a lovely little cottage and in a quiet location with no issues.

Summary: Awesome chilled week with great location and great hosts.

Positive: The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful, in the middle of farm lands. On the first morning we saw (and heard) lambs. Breathtaking views. We can definitely recommend for families, especially if you like rural countryside.
